Consider how you wish to pay. Upon acceptance you would be asked to pay by credit card (recurring monthly $17), credit card annually by Pay Pal ($200), or by check ($200 annually).
We strongly encourage online applications. They are the quickest and most accurate way to apply. You can start and return to your online application any time if it takes you a few days to fill it out!

*If you are in a state that does not license marriage and family therapists, or that has created this license only recently, we will accept three years of clinical membership in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy as a substitute for the licensure requirement.
