Note: You must have a professional mental health license and must have at least five years seeing couples (can include graduate school, internships, etc.)
- Professional License Number (Remember if you don't have it handy you can look it up online.)
- Clinical training experiences in marriage and couples therapy (non-coursework) in marriage and couples therapy (during graduate training and afterwards such as Gottman, EFT, Imago, etc)
- Months/years of clinical experience following your training
- Training workshops in recent years (workshops and presenters, don't worry if you don't have extreme details we just want to see what you've generally done)
- Decide how you wish to pay. Recurring monthly $20 or credit card annually (save $40 by getting 14 months for the price of 12)
