Apply to Join Marriage Friendly Therapists
Before starting the application, we suggest that you first gather the following information below. If you are in a marriage friendly group practice, contact us about group discounts (minimum 4 independently eligible and approved therapists.)
Should you run into any questions on the application process or specific questions on the application, do not hesitate to contact us at (612) 234-2497 or Contact Us with questions. The application may take 10-15 minutes depending on how handy you have the information. After you apply, please complete your profile which involves a more personalized profile statement and the public information you would share with prospective couples. At minimum please complete basic demographic information so we can make you "live" quickly.
- Professional License Information (If you are in a state that does not license marriage and family therapists, or that has created this license only recently, we will accept three years of clinical membership in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy as a substitute for the licensure requirement. Feel free to email us for specific details.)
- Clinical training experiences in marriage and couples therapy
- Months/years of clinical experience following your training
- Training workshops in recent years
- Read the benefits and fee information
- Consider how you wish to pay. The three options are: (recurring monthly $20), credit card annually by Pay Pal ($240), or by check ($240 annually).
