Hi, I'm Dotty Decker. I love working with folks like you, who are motivated to keep your marriages and families together, and are brave enough to work on changing yourself in order to improve your relationship. Many years experience with solution oriented ideas and a true belief and passion for this work have given me great joy and energy, and a sense of accomplishment. It is a natural fit and a privilege to be available as one of Michele's Divorce Busting® Relationship Coaches.

I've been a wife for over 50 years, mother of four wonderful adults, grandmother to six delightful children. And as a professional social worker, marriage and family therapist, and relationship coach, I've seen first hand how helpful these ideas can be, in both my professional and personal life. Getting married quite young myself, I needed to learn so much about how to have a true partnership with my husband. I only wish there had been this service during some early troubled years as I struggled to "grow up," listen, manage disagreements respectfully, and find solutions rather than focusing on blame.

Today my husband and I are partners and best friends who treasure each other more than ever. Working with you toward that same goal is my small contribution toward "healing the world." You deserve it. I look forward to talking with you.
