Hey! I'm Dr. Spesh, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, with over a decade of experience in providing psychotherapy. I specialize in culturally-responsive therapy for range of concerns including relationship issues. I am trained in Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), a highly effective, attachment-based therapy aimed at deepening emotional security and connection within couples relationships.
