He served as a campus minister with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and has expertise in the area of marriage enrichment and couple counseling.

Jack is a licensed clinical professional counselor who received a Master of Arts degree in professional counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. He also holds a Master of Divinity degree from Athenaeum of Ohio, Mount Saint Mary’s Seminary, a Master of Education degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, and a Master of Arts degree in theology from the University of San Francisco.

Energy and enthusiasm with a focus on a client’s strength are significant to Jack’s therapeutic approach. He believes that it is important to get clients involved early on in the solution to the issues brought to the counseling situation. Practical, concrete skill building is also central to the therapeutic process.

Jack’s faith background is Roman Catholic. He also serves as Director of Marriage Ministry at Old St. Pat’s Church in the west loop of Chicago. He finds that spiritual exploration can aid a client in the discovery of his or her own strength and goodness.

Jack specializes in working with couples, family systems, and adult males with anger, stress, depression issues and sexual addiction. He currently is a staff therapist at Central DuPage Pastoral Counseling Center in Wheaton/Carol Stream, Illinois.
