Personal set-backs and conflictual relationships are common problems that we all can face at some point in our lives. My approach is respectful and compassionate. I provide a format for couples to discuss difficult topics in a more safe and constructive environment. I help couples build stronger bonds and improve communication that enhances closeness, deepens understanding and reduces reactivity. In addition to couples therapy, I also offer a 4-step treatment guide for couples that covers the essentials for creating a close relationship and improving communication skills. Sessions will include the keys of good expression and listening, how family of origin issues affect your relationship, working with emotions and identifying needs, and creating new goals and rituals of affection. I believe that therapy can help you lead a healthier life, and maintain more loving and fulfilling marriage and family relationships.
