Whether you’re single, or part of a couple, I am passionate about helping you create the most fulfilling relationships you can. I believe the future of humanity depends upon people skillfully loving each other and their children. I am dedicated to ending the cycle of generational wounding that is passed through families, communities, and nations. Specifically, my approach will facilitate you in experiential exploration of yourself and educate about new relationship behaviors and skills.

I often work with my husband, Joel, leading couples retreats. Our specialty is the MARRIAGE COUNSELING INTENSIVE RETREAT, a private, personalized 4-day retreat at our home office in Southwest Colorado: You spend four mornings plumbing the depths of your relationship. We help you meet your personal relationship goals with the intention of breaking through difficult issues to more aliveness and intimacy.

I am part of a couple working on my own relationship. My relationship services are based on personal deep growing in my marriage and my own mindfulness practice. I promise you a safe, transformational experience in which to learn new ways of being in relationship.
