I am active and directive as a couples therapist. I teach communication and conflict resolution skills and then apply them directly to the issues and style evident with the couple. I have been a licensed Psychologist since 1977 and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since its inception in Texas. I have taught Marriage and Family Therapy courses at St. Mary's University and have been Director of the counseling center at University of Houston for over 10 years. I have some evening and Saturday hours available.
