We all hit painful places in our relationships and I help clients to make this "growing pain" rather than "stuck pain.” Whether I work with a couple, a family, or an individual, I focus on helping clients become more mature, loving human beings so that they can build deeply meaningful, lasting relationships. I have trained in a number of the most well-known and powerful methods of relationship therapy and draw from each of these the techniques that are best suited to each couple or individual. I consider it an important part of my job that I do my own “growth work” both personally and professionally. I love my work and consider myself honored to be allowed participate in clients’ journeys towards health, wholeness and deep connection with themselves and those they love.
