I have been a couples therapist for over 25 years. I believe that most marriages that end, do so unnecessarily. I have been married to my husband for over 20 years. When we married we attended a Getting The Love You Want Workshop and still use the tools that we learned on a daily basis. I now present those workshops. I also do couples therapy and provide premarital education and do workshops for engaged couples. I chaired the the Imago task force that developed the Premarital workshop.

My approach is a non blaming approach to couples therapy. I work on getting my couples to the place that they can work together and no longer need me.

I love my work and consider it a calling. I am now also working with helping people with addictions learn how to reengage in their relationship and the partners to see that the relationship can be a source of healing for both of them.
