I have been treating couples and families since graduating from the Family Institute in 1984. I am a certified Diplomate in Sex Therapy from The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT.org). I believe that love is not enough to sustain a couple through the many problems of life that must be endured by all humans seeking to manage a lifelong committed relationship. Society does not educate most people about these relationships in our schools, so when you get married (in whatever form) and you are not "living happily ever after" you seek help from a psychotherapist. Many of the problems encountered can be resolved if each of you is willing to change. I hope that I can help you to make these changes.
