Welcome! I work with couples to help them increase wellbeing, strengthen their relationship bonds, and promote their lifelong development. When it comes to therapy, one size does not fit all. Effective therapy starts with a good fit and a positive, respectful relationship: I work collaboratively with clients to make sure we find the approach that is best suited to their goals. Couples seek my help in preparing for marriage, dealing with the birth of a child, parenting struggles, the impact of trauma or adversity, divorce, illness or chronic mental health problems, or the death of loved ones. I am experienced in working with intercultural, interfaith relationships and remarried couples. I assist couples to understand the connection between physical and emotional wellbeing and to learn mindfulness based practices to manage stress and emotions more effectively. I focus on strengthening emotional bonds and helping to repair ruptures and address unmet emotional needs. Couples can learn new patterns of interaction which foster positive emotional experience.
