I enjoy working with couples and helping them resolve past hurts, reconnect in the present, and grow towards an improved relationship. I will ask you and your partner to be open, honest, and willing in your communications with me and each other. Together, we will determine what is preventing you and your spouse from achieving the relationship you expected and hoped for. Together, we will heal old wounds, identify wishes, hopes, and dreams, and identify and practice new relationship skills. This is done through a combination of individual and couple therapy and participation in a class for couples that I present called H.E.A.R.T. (when desired). I look forward to meeting you soon!
