I always begin any description of my practice by explaining that I do not do 'smile and nod' therapy. I utilize an interactive and direct approach with a simple goal for each session: that you leave with something to put on your plate. Most commonly couples come in feeling distant and/or disconnected from their partner. At a personal level they do not feel valued. My general focus is to help you restore the sense that there is caring, honor, and love in your relationship. I will provide you with direction, focus, tools and feedback to this end. I believe you can return to the very pure sense of love that was present at the best time of your relationship.
