I am committed to helping couples build equal, intimate and enduring relationship that bring health, joy and meaning to their lives. I provide a safe setting where you can express your dreams and disappointments while developing skills and attitudes that will enable you to work as a team to create a better future.

During therapy sessions I will model collaboration and show you how to collaborate when talking with each other. I will show you how to increase interest, compassion, flexibility, humility and humor in your relationship. I will use a variety of tools to teach you specific skills that enable you to help yourselves long after our meetings have ended.

I can help you through a crisis, help you repair longstanding problems or help you adjust to changes that most couples face through the years. Some of the most common situations are: infidelity, communication problems/anger management, loss of intimacy/sexual desire, adjustment to parenthood, depression, anxiety and/or substance abuse.

You don't need to feel ashamed or embarrassed to tell me the truth about your life. I will treat you with compassion and respect regardless of your problem and no matter what your religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation or family background.

You do not have to be in crisis or have major problems to request my help. I am also available to help couples preparing for marriage or hoping to enrich a stable marriage.
