Conflicts lie at the heart of most emotional distress. My treatment methods help individuals, couples, and families address their conflicts more effectively, lifting depression, anxiety, anger, and marital difficulties and leading to more gratifying solutions.

In addition to conducting therapy, I write books, give professional training workshops for therapists, and contribute to magazine articles such as the Ladies Home Journal column "Can This Marriage Be Saved?"

My website lists my books, audios, and video/DVDs. It also offers articles (free downloads) I have authored, and describes my Power of Two Workshops--fun weekend learning experiences where couples learn the skills for marriage success.

I hope you’ll visit my website to learn more about my therapy approach, to check if the self-help resources I’ve written might be helpful for you, and to learn more about my weekend marriage workshops.

Looking forward to meeting you, Dr. Heitler
