Raising teenagers can be very challenging and stressful. Sometimes parents have no energy left to spend time together as couples, and their relationships become stale and vulnerable to erosion. What I do is help couples keep the relationships fresh, strong and alive, take time to really listen and understand what the other person is saying and make time for each other. I also help couples learn how to sustain a loving relationship and to appreciate their differences.

In addition, I specialize in working with frustrated parents to get along better with their teenagers.

I have worked with individuals, couples, and family issues for the past 11 years. My areas of specialty include: communication skills, conflict resolution, teen issues, parenting, co-parenting, anger management, stress management, and social skills for young kids.
