I am a Licensed Psychotherapist and Substance Abuse Counselor specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy. I maintain a private practice in Racine, Wisconsin after over 10 years of practicing within a larger organization in the community.
With over 20 years experience as a psychotherapist, and as a graduate of UW-Milwaukee specializing in Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Treatment, I am currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. My areas of expertise include treating Substance Abuse and Affected Family Members, Adolescent Issues, Couples in Crisis, Grief/Loss, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety and Parenting Concerns. I have also received training in Trauma Informed Care.
I am an interactive, solution-focused and systems oriented therapist. My dynamic, authentic and non-judgmental style allows clients to feel comfortable and safe in sharing their most difficult concerns. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
