I have been doing couples work for 9 years. I am retired Navy and have experienced first hand many of the hardships couples encounter. I enjoy engaging with couples who believe that change is possible to save the marriage. I like to get input from both the husband and wife on what happened, when it stared, and what their perspective is on how they can reconcile, and move forward. I discuss communication techniques, Gary Chapman's Love Languages, and utilize interactive exercises to keep the counseling upbeat and moving forward. I have evening hours available and I take insurance.
