I specialize in helping couples keep their commitments to lifelong marriage or partnership wherever possible–restoring friendships, managing conflict, healing relationship hurts and traumas, supporting each other’s life dreams, and reconnecting again over what it means to do life together.
My practice includes providing therapy for couples in distress, providing consultation for those with relationship questions and concerns, and helping couples prepare for marriage. I am a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist (see www.Gottman.com) though my training encompasses several therapy approaches.
I believe that connection with others is what makes life meaningful and that relationships are worth the effort. My focus is on helping couples, but I have 25 plus years of experience working with youth, adults, families, and couples in a variety of clinical and supervisory positions.
