I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) mental health therapist and very passionate about providing therapy to clients who are suffering from depression, anxiety, past traumas, challenges in communicating with a spouse or other family member, or in adapting to the American culture.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, parents, and children. I can assist clients who need a mental health assessment for an immigration matter such as a U visa/visa waiver/asylum case/cancellation of deportation orders.
I am very passionate about getting to know clients and hearing their unique life stories. I am very experienced in working with couples and families who are struggling with communication issues, cultural differences, acculturation challenges and parent/child conflict.
I sincerely purpose to understand a client's spiritual beliefs and how they can inform my use of the latest theories/interventions in mental health counseling.
Having lived and worked in the United States, South America, and Southeast Asia, I have a passion for serving clients of diverse cultures, ethnicities and languages. I am very fortunate to be part of a team of bilingual doctors, psychiatrists, physical therapists, dentists, and pharmacists all working under one roof.
