Over the many years as an individual and couples counselor, I have been given the opportunity to see and work with a wide range of people. Often it is not easy for couples to reach out for help; there can be shame or fear of failure that interferes with the decision to seek help. However, once couples do come in – at whatever stage their relationship is in – the likelihood of problem resolution and increasing satisfaction in the relationship is high.
I work with heterosexual and same-sex couples at varying life stages, and I have a special interest in couples with different cultural backgrounds.
Couples usually come in around a crisis; it is my role to help them develop the skills and ability to cope with the varying issues that they’re facing and come to a positive resolution.

My approach is respectful, non-judgmental, collaborative and encouraging. We start with both current and past injuries and move towards a healthier and more fulfilling relationship. The gratification of living with greater contentment is significant; I look forward to helping you get there.
