I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan and in various settings treating mood disorders, grief and loss, adjustment to transitions, and addiction among other issues. I also work with children with behavioral and emotional disturbances and adjustment issues. My approach includes empowering clients to believe in their own self worth and ability to find solutions.
I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor trained to treat co-occurring conditions. I worked for six years in drug and alcohol treatment facilities before engaging in my current positions.
