The first thing I tell couples is this, “What may seem hopeless is actually very changeable.” Holding the hope for your relationship until you are ready to reclaim it is perhaps my most important role. For 10+ years I’ve helped couples step back from the brink and really process where they are and where they want to be. Often this process and this “pause” surprises them. It might surprise you.

Approaches to counseling are art forms – I adjust for each couple and each unique dynamic. I use a mixture of counseling and coaching techniques that draw out your strengths rather than highlight your weaknesses. Your relationship becomes a sacred space where it is safe for you to be complete and whole, as well as help each other continue to grow.
