If you're single and longing to learn how to love and be loved better, therapy with skilled support and wisdom can make all the difference too.I help couples and individuals untangle the complex past to uncover what works, what doesn't work and how to balance needs in a healthy relationship. I work to understand your history, your deepest longings and needs from an attachment perspective. I also help individuals heal from breakups, deepen self reflection and move into a new chapter full of love.Sometimes it's difficult to start a new journey of healing and raising consciousness, and sometimes it's so painfully clear that change is the only way forward.
