I work with couples and sometimes individuals to help them begin to reconnect and find the love they once had for each other.
Sometimes over time couples can feel distant and feel like theirs little intimacy or connection left. It’s not uncommon for couples to enter therapy with different ideas or goals on what they want the outcome to be. So wherever you are in your process I am here to support you both the best I can, in finding the best outcome possible.
I can help you begin to shift the patterns that are causing the disconnect you’re both feeling.
I can help you learn to express your needs without criticism and defensiveness where you’ll be much more likely to get your needs met and feel connected as well. You’ll be able to re-establish ways of connecting that feel more nurturing and where you’re feeling more seen and understood.
