I am passionate about reconnecting individuals and couples to their authentic selves as we go through the many ebbs and flows of life. I believe that multiple factors play into our continuing development. These include our community, relationships, spirituality, as well as past and present events. In exploring these factors, and understanding your individual perspectives, we can work together to create helpful change in your life and relationship.

With many years in the early childhood industry prior to counseling, I feel called to helping new parents and families recognize ways that healing themselves can help not only them but the people they are in relationship with. I believe that a strong, healthy, secure relationship is the key to all healing.
