It's in relationship that we experience our deepest pain but also our greatest joys. I believe that strong families grow from strong foundations. While I have studied a variety of relational approaches, including Gottman Couples Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Structural, Narrative, and Solution Focused methods to name a few, the ultimate source of understanding and wisdom is God’s word, which helps us pinpoint both the cause and the remedies to relational discord. Children and adolescents are always welcome to join the therapeutic process; every family member ought to be heard and valued for their perspective and their contribution to the whole.
